Refusing cancellation

I join life on the 15/01/14 hoping that it gives me better offer only to find out that is not good offer, the same day on the 15/01/2014 i asked Dumisani Mahlangu to council the policy because it doesn't suit my needs he tells me that i must write a cancellation letter for what cause everything was happening on the phone? they following day other guy called me again telling me that i must write a cancellation letter for what cause we did everything on the phone without writing now they want something in writing but we never started in writing it was through the phone and they tell me that they will deduct the money at the end of this month if i don't sent cancellation letter.unprofessional staff and poor service from 1life... Why easy to joing but difficul to council?
