Debited account still haven't return the money

I have a problem the above mentioned company they have debited my account and promised to refund me within 3 days I still haven't received the money my name is Johanna Motshwaedi the money was deducted from my Capitec acc no 1208085490 when I went to the bank to reverse it I was told they had to confirm with 1life we waited for 2 hour before our call was attended to we were put through to cancellation department spoke to a guy by the name of Edwin who told me to write a cancellation letter and fax it to them I did that and Emailed got confirmation that they received the documents and that the friendly consultant will contact me which to this day it never happened to this day I haven't had any response 2 amount were taken R422 and R308 respectively I even sent a bank statement to show the amounts I need that money as it was meant for my sons school fees.
