Customer service, what was is that, Laughing at us

I have no reached the limit, I gave 4 people a fair opportunity to help me, all claiming to be managers, they cant manage jack in my opinion, oh but wait they think they managers, cause they called client relations managers, or customer relations manager, but they just an behind a desk,
I have been a failthful client for 5 years now, I pay a dam high premium for both my dad and my policy, I can def get cheaper and better service from some else, I am seriously thinking of cutting my losses and leaving, if you cant pay back R3300 how will you pay a claim in the event of death, Seriously where is the Discovery I once knew, the one that was customer focused, where you would do anything for the client,
no one calls you back,
no one knows the process and procedures,
actually no one knows what is happening, just keep passing the buck to one another and they forget about you,

now do me a favour, I want the R3300 in my hand by Saturday, I dont car if you have to hand deliver it, I gave you from December to pay me the money, now it is your problem, not mine, you are causing me financial problems, and I will hold you liable for any loss incurred due to your negligence
