AFTER RECEIVING PATHETIC SERVICE FROM DISCOVERY, I DECIDED TO CANCEL MY VITALITY, LAST MONTH. NOT TO MY SURPRISE I WAS DEBITED FOR VITALITY AGAIN. WHEN I CALLED THIS MORNING, THE GUY SAID HE HAS TO INVESTIGATE WHAT HAPPENED, I REQUESTED FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK WITHIN 20 MINS, ITS OVER AN HOUR NOW AND NO PHONE CALL (ONCE AGAIN, IM NOT SURPRISED). I CALLED BACK AND THE LADY SAID THAT THE PERSON WHO SENT A REQUEST FOR THE VITALITY TO BE CANCELLED DID SO INCORRECTLY AND THAT THE GUY I SPOKE TO THIS MORNING PUT A NEW REQUEST. SHE ALSO SAID I WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BUT MY ACC WILL BE CREDITED AND THEY WILL DEBIT ME LESS NEXT MONTH, THIS IS, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
I HAVE MADE THE WORST MISTAKE EVER JOINING DISCOVERY, THEY ARE USELESS AND THEY HAVE USELESS INCOMPETENT PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM, RIGHT UP TO SENIOR MANAGERS. IF ANYONE IS THINKING OF TAKING A FINANCIAL PRODUCT FROM DISCOVERY, IT WILL BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST NOT TO.
