Discovery? Is this a medical aid? Well I will tell you the story of what happend to me and then you decide for yourself.

I joined in august thinking this was the best disicion of my life but I could not have been more wrong and naive to think I would get service.

There is 2 persons that from the begining helped me and they are great people Farrel and Michelle. But the rest of the company seems to just want to make more income of the client's exspense. I was double billed after I was told there would have been a forced debit made in the middle of the month, nothing was done and so far I was still not refunded.

I have pleaded and the plain words to me was you can go to the bank and rectify this, IT IS NOT MY JOB TO DO THAT AS i AM THE CLIENT (POOR CLIENT SERVICE). Discovery has actually offended me by making this my problem to sort out after that They messed up with empty promises and bad service.

As far as the matter goes, the matter was said to be resolved but yet again since last week no one has come back to me I am fed up.

The client clearly has no rights with discovery you as client just needs to keep paying your premium and they are happy.

Poor.. Need resolved.
