No one able to assist me!!!

I have called and called and called. Nothing gets done and I get passed from one agent to the next and have to explain the whole enchilada to every agent, I have written down names and times, it seems the one hand does not know what the other is doing. I called in to make special deduction arrangements as we got paid earlier in January, that was done and confirmed by an agent who called me and thanked me for the payments. Then my account was debited again 25.01.2013 and again 01.02.2013 - Why? I called and patiently explained the scenario to 4 agents, not one was able to help me and I was tranferred to various departments in 27 minutes. Nedbank's negligence has resulted in unpaid debited and bank charges and I am now late to pay my rent. I have lodged online complaints and no response. I went into the Wesgate branch and they could not help me as reversals are not done on Sundays. Can someone somewhere at some nedbank branch please call me and tell me what my next step is in this process?
