Nedbank does it again - Useless

A month ago I called Nedbank stating that I have tried placing notice on my investment acc which is linked to my current account & my internet banking and that I was getting an error message, the call centre agent said she would place the notice on my behalf. Not only did the incompetent agent place the notice she also closed the account, when my stop order didn't go through on the 25th of July 2013, I called in again and that was when I was advised that the account had been closed, I explained what had happened and I was told by the agent that she was not sure about what was happening and that her supervisor would call me back, after not receiving feedback for more then two weeks, I called back again and once again no one could assist me. I received 2 reference numbers and the first agent that assisted me didn't even bother to make notes on the system because the second agent couldn't pick up anything. As it is I have been having endless problems with Nedbank, and now this. Service goes from bad to worst & they need to jack up their service, I want my just save re-instated & for my stop orders to go off as usual. Sick & tired of their lack of service & incompetence!
