FNB-How can we help you - Beware they not willing

I have three personal loans with FNB and I am affording the loans repayments to them and I want to combine all three loans to pay one amount to FNB. They are not willing to help as they say I do not qualify. I am paying the three installments so how come they cannot add the three amount into one amount for one payment amount and one intrest rate. This is daylight and they want the 3 x Intrest from the three loans. If they are not going to help me I will apply for Debt counseling and declare myself bankrupt. If FNB can play dirty so can I. i have nothing to loose and I will go to the NCA to assist in this regard.
