Finalise my claim PLEASE

I looged a claim with Mi-way in November and to date it is unresolved. i understand that there's a backlog with hail damage claims BUT can someone at least attend to my claim. I calle dto follow up if my quote has been received and I held on for long. Ive called, left call back requests etc. this is becoming ridiculous...
