Not interested in claim after 29 years paying ins

Room burnt. Contacted Nedbank Insurance. They just sent Carpet Warehouse and did not afford us the opportunity to get quotes for carpet. Carpet Warehouse suggested laminated flooring, but apparently quoted Nedbank for carpets, which Nedbank never even checked what product we actually got and if the same they paid for (bad governance). Flooring started lifting. Carpet Warehouse liquidated a month after job done. Nedbank want to know nothing about fixing the problem. After so many years paying the insurance this is terrible. Melton Scott has not bothered replying to my mails.
