I logged a complaint regarding my capitec acc with Babalwa in client care centre ref:11211839 regarding the fact that my account was handed over without my knowledge. I then took it also upon myself to contact the Lawyers i was handed over to who then confirmed that they gave the acc back to Capitec because i was allegedly unreachable (spoke to Maryjane on the 10th). Following up on this acc with Capitec i am informed that the investigation done by Mark in the collection department has been informed by the lawyers that i have been paying the acc & acknowledged the debt. I have been telephonic-ally communicating with Nathan & Janine in the collection Department regarding this matter. I request proof of payment for myself from these lawyers who couldn't`t reach me, because if i have then been paying the acc monthly surely my name shouldn't`t have been listed in the ITC in the first place. I am beyond appauled at how this matter is being handled & the process & length of the "investigation". I request full feed back from Capitec & these lawyers as soon as possible because my listing in the ITC should not have been done in the first place had there been communication.
