Fabulous service!

I walked into Victor Lidchi looking for a great carpet for my bedroom but was so overwhelmed by the choice and styles of carpets (not that I'm a first-time persian carpet buyer) and wasn't sure which of the many options to choose. Johannes gave great advice, was so willing to move the carpets into different locations for me to experience different views of the patterns and colours and then suggested an appro approach - allowing me to take the carpets home to see them in situ. He then travelled to my home and with assistance from Lucky, moved furniture and laid the carpets in place for me to fully appreciate the effect in my space.
The size was wrong so he travelled to the Dunkeld warehouse, obtained the same carpet (by now my favourite, a beautiful Tabriz) in a smaller size and returned, again to place it into my space. I not only bought the carpet but also bought an additional Afghan for my dining room. It has been a pleasure dealing with Johannes, his service is very commendable. Thank you Victor Lidchi for outstanding service to customers.
