Transactions going through after the fact

Business & Finance

Good day

I would like to find out from you how can FNB let transactions go through my account if I don't even have money left in it and i dont have a overdraft? I logged a complaint on Friday due to the fact that I'm paying a penalty fee for things going through my account after the 29th of April where I actually Swiped my card beforehand and even signed on the receipt for the purchase please see examples below and note that since Friday up to now I still don't have an answer and need this resolved TODAY as my pay will be in my account tonight

20-05-2013 Purch Club 40 R50 : I actually swiped my card on the 25th of April because my fianc? played pool league that Thursday night
02-05-2013 Purch Ambrozio R58.85 : That purchase was done on the 27th of April after I went with my Fianc? to look at a wedding venue
29-04-2013 Purch Chekers the Village R153.74 : That I swiped my card on the 24th of April as I invited friends over for dinner.

So my Question is how can you let transactions go through my account with no money firstly and secondly why are all these transactions only going through now weeks/days after the fact?

like i said i need this resolved TODAY
