I took a contract with virgin mobile in December 2011. After a few weeks i was contacted by Fonesure to insure my phone. I made a mistake by agreeing to the insurance, but i have been trying since then to cancel it without any luck. The call centre does not help, i even changed bank accounts and the debit order for FONESURE MD-691169-2 is still going off. Please can someone from this company sort this out and cancel this insurance with immediate effect.
