A few months ago I received a call from someone asking me if I want insurance for my phone. I clearly and repeatedly told the person NO!!! The person then told me due to my new contract with Virgin Mobile the insurance is free for the first month and after the first month they will contact me to cancel or continue the insurance. Again I told the person NO Thank You!! He then told me that he cannot remove the insurance as it is automatically added to my virgin mobile account and he assured me that after a month if I do not want the insurance that it will be cancelled and that they will not continue with the insurance without my authorization.

This started in about May of this year, since then Fonesure has repeatedly deducted money out of my account without my authorization! This is unacceptable Fonesure!! You cannot go around and just take someone's money without authorization!! I expect this debit order to be cancelled immediately and to be refunded as I never wanted insurance and never authorized this debit order! Deal with this ASAP please! I want my money back as this is NEVER a service I requested or agreed to!
