Phonesure (Fonesure) Unauthorized Debit Orde

I upgraded my VodaCom 3G card with Elite mobile 3 months ago. All of a sudden I get these debit orders from drop box and specifically fonesure. When upgrading the contract I was told that these services is free for 3 months to test. Then came dropbox and music and fonesure unauthorized debit orders. I managed to stop dropbox and the music debit orders, but fonesure after blocking them still deduct every month for 3 months now. I tried to contact them with no response. This is totally unacceptable since I didn't give permission or signed any contract with fonesure.
