My car was accidental bumped by Quicksure customer, Mrs Barnadt on 27 November 2013. Mrs Barnadt accepted the responsiblity and unfortunately, I was asked to claim against their insurance. The insurance requested from me and I supplied them with following documents two quotes; id copy, car registration certificate and letter from my insurance stating that I have not claimed for the same accident. On 17Dec13, a goal post was shifted and I was told by Anne-Marie the assesor will be sent to the car, to date nobody has come to assesor my car.

Numerous emails were sent to Quicksure, Anne-Marie and I am getting little help from her. Calls are not answered, and there is no escaltion path whatosoever in that organization. Today I spent and hour trying get through the claim manager. Records can be requested from my network service provider.

It is now two months, and I cannot use the car. I stated on email to Ann-Marie that I was even willing to take a risk to drive the car to assesor' place to complete this exercise.
