Double premiums

Double premium amount was debited from my account today. I enquired from iwyze and was told the is nothing wrong with my account, the monies deducted was my now new premiums due to the annual increment. How is that possible that premiums increase by 105%??? Can someone please explain this to me. No communication was send to me regarding this! I am so disappointed with iwyze am actually looking for quotes from other insurance companies.
