Don't phone back

I've put in a phone call to ask them to phone me back for a claim. I phoned them on Wednesday 8 January but no one phoned me back. Then I did a claim on the internet on Monday 13 January they said the claim is successful but a operator will phone me because they need additional information. I am still waiting and getting impatient with this. I want my car fixed and they don't respond.
