No response on deceased Estates request to cancel

We have also sent in a request to cancel accounts for an Estate Late Beyers and no feedback was received. The name is Snowden Alexander Beyers, ID no:351014 0025 086 with Easy access deposit investment number:9993, Optimum plus investment number:9994, savings account number: 2093106485, Cheque account number: 1093045027 and all other account in the deceased name.
