ESTATES DEPT IGNORE ALL CORRESPONDENCE

I am an executor of an estate and have sent in a request for closure of the deceased's FNB account 5 times now. Nobody even bothers to respond. I do seevral estates and I find FNB incredibly inefficient when it comes to closing deceased bank accounts.
