BEWARE CITIBANK LOANS

I was looking for a loan and a lady from Citibank contacted me and referred me to a gentleman i paid 380 in admin fees and another 180 saying ill have my contract the next day and my loan payment is has been more than two weeks now, alot of stress, promised and payments has not happened. The consuktants never explain to you that you will have to make 22 payment of various amounts and every time you refuse to pay they say no reinburement. Their managers dnt contact you or phone you, i dnt think they care either. I ask Riaan Barnard for one final payment, i explained to him my situation that im not able to pay 100 to 450 a day sometimes 2 3 times again, they apologise but then just ask you for more money. So do they resolve anything? Are they meeting my needs? NO NO NO
