Ond paid but refuse to cancel debit orde

I have paid off my home loans 4 or 5 month ago. I phoned the call centre to do the final payment.

For the last 5 or 6 months FNB has still deducted the monthly bond payments despite the fact that the loan is now in credit.

About 2 weeks ago I again for the 2nd or 3rd time request the loan cancelled and submitted all the paperwork and yesterday I was again debited for the loan.
