Been with this company for 13 years, paying a premium of R 2800.00. Last 3 claims not paid. 2011 claim on BMW X3 not paid in full up to today. R 14 000 not paid until now. Claim on our bakkie not paid because they added an additional excess of R 3600.00 because my daughter was 24 years, 6 months old. Now the third claim on my trailer. Trailer insured for R 3000.00, damage was R 4000.00 paid by me while on holiday, and I was offered R 500.00 by outsurance, otherwise they would take my trailer because it is scrapped. This company is not honest and treat customers in an unfair manner. Stay away. Needless to say that I have now cancelled my policy.
