False claims or promises

I recently joined alexender forbes as my insurance for household things and for my cars. I was very happy with deal that I got, in fact I still am happy with it. The problem arose when I was told that I must refer people and for each person that signs up I will get R500 each for that referral. I immediately gave Andile numbers for my family members so that he can save them money, of which he did because they signed up, and I was told I must wait atleast 1 month till the 1st premiums go off, I am talking months later now, I havent received a cent, I tried communicating the matter with Andile and the other guys at Alexender forbes, till now I havent received the money for the referrals
