Bad service eve

On the 1st of January 2013 my car broke and requested assistance from Alexander Forbes call center and the service I got was the worse service ever as they told me that my car doesn't appear on their systems which was the shock of my life. I had to book in a lodge. I ended up arranging alternative transport for my family to get home. As from the FORBES NOTHING was done. I claim was processed after 15 weeks as every week I do nag the FORBES with my money that I was paying them. They have empty promises and cheat their customers. Form the scale of 10 they are on -0.1
