3rd party claim out surance - delaying -no payment

Mr van der merwe client of outsurance (claim no 99785982, policy no OT6852709) reversed in to my car in parking bay on 19/07/2013. as they requested i did submit all info immediately. the case workers by out surance never atend to my 3rd party claim and case was transfer to several case workers and same outcome. after 3 months they email me a offer to pay out under 50 % of the qoutes to repair my car as they reqeusted. mean while i have to pay my car installment and my personal encurance for a car standing in garage. in this 3 months several life vretining emergency did occour and transport for my wife to rush to hospital with my son who was involved in hit and run incedent and almost took my boys life because transport was a issue for us at this time.
now a car standing in my gargae they still want me to take it on my cost to diffrent repair companies to get new qoutes.
