THIS IS AND INTERACTION VIA EMAIL BETWEEN MYSELF AND 'SENIOR PORTFOLIO MANAGER':

As per the telephonic conversation on 2013/01/07 refers to;

I have advised that I have escalated this matter to you guys via email on 2013/10/16 to query why the money I am depositing is not sufficient for my debit orders? I have not received a response as you can see with the emails I have attached to above.

I have been dealing with Karen from your over draft department to make arrangements to pay the overdraft facility as I am no longer using the account due to unforeseen circumstances. The over draft was paid every month however my debit orders have been returning as unpaid. This I was panelised for and I refuse to pay the unpaid fees as well as interest that has been added to my account.

The reason for me saying this is because it took FNB the huge company they are two months to get back to me to resolve my issue. I have spoken to Karen in the interim as she was the one to call me back and advise me accordingly (this nearly 2 months later). I appreciate her going the extra mile to assist me.
