Motor Finance cant read their own Policies

I was recently retrenched from where I worked, and had taken vehicle finance from MFC and they have since that day that I informed them of that fact, harassed me, tried to extort monies from me. I have a Credit Life Insurance Policy with them and they have refused to settle.

Their consultants are rude, and have no concern or respect. Their personnel send you Sms'es (Modikwe) and she is on leave. Whenever one speaks to a person their stories, change depending on who you speak to.

I am also not the only person who has suffered at their hands like this.

In addition to this I have suffered a Nervous breakdown as a result of the harassment and each time they say they will settle, I receive an sms which states that they have handed my account over to an external debt collection agency.
