Prestige banking, paying extra for good service?

Called Prestige banking call centre, 3 Times today, waiting for an operator for 40minutes already and no answer. Pay extra for faster, better service they said. Not getting any service at all. My money, time and airtime is being wasted. This service is pathetic!!!
