Very Bad

On 14 July 2008 I paid my RSC account via EFT, I haven't received anything from them saying anything is outstanding on my account I have tried to open a GAME card now I get told that RCS has handed me over to "Real People" because of an outstanding balance I contacted them they tell me I was handed over 1 Sep 2010.
i no longer have proof of payment as my house burnt down in 2011 I faxed an affidavit to them last week stating that when I spoke to Hughreece last week Tuesday he said by Thursday my name will be cleared it still isnt. I am getting fed up with this "real people" ans rcs
