We currently pay a Woolworths account for our domestic worker that was handed over to their legal department. When calling Real People and confirming all the relative details we were advised that they would not divulge outstanding balance. Neither our domestic worker or we receive any statements making it impossible to determine outstanding amount. In June, someone at the Call Centre gave us a balance and we need to confirm the last payment due next month. we are good enough to make the payments but not good enough to obtain information. Is this the thanks for trying to help Woolworths collect bad debt?
