Standard Bank holding back my future!!!

I took a credit card (blue -bean) a few years back. I went under debt review 2 years after due to struggling with finance and paying all my creditors. I have then managed to pay them off in FULL after they have handed me over to Real People. Real People acknowledged that the account has been settled in full via clearing Certificate.

I approached Standard bank again afterwards to confirm and yet they tell me that there is still R4000 some odd outstanding. Now how the can any money still be outstanding if they handed me over to Real People and according to Real People it has been settled in full (With Clearing Certificate). Now Standard Bank does not want to clear my name/record/account cause according to them I still owe them that 4k...

The debt review company who paid all my accounts (incl. Blue bean), say that all money has been payed with proof!

Standard bank, you are holding me back from a trouble free and debt-free life! I will never ever deal with you again!!! Being very Unprofessional and careless in matters where it is absolute!
