Registered, certified documents never good enough

I am battling for more than 8 months to give Computershare the correct stuff; ( according to them); to change my detail as well as to pay shares out.
i have Sanlam shares and i want to change my address; my surname; - and send them the correct documents for a deceased person. I just cant make them happy. The copies, are certified; the originals are also certified; but still not satisfied. It just seem that they dont know or want to assist me.

I really dont know what else i can do. We have lawyers at work and they assist and certified the documents.
Then they just send the normal letter again; we require this and that. Where all the necessary docs are send. My bankdetails are still the same; i dont know what further can be done. I even once went into their offices to give them the documents; thereafter i phoned them and they said; they dont have the correct stuff. So; surely that is all they do; just send an usual letter out.
