Useless Administration

I have been trying to register for Unisa since the start of January. I had followed their instructions to the letter, and have then been told, too late I might add, that instead of being able to just email certified copies over I have to send them over, with no hint that the copies were certified incorrectly I send them over only to find they are certified incorrectly, when I finally get them certified properly and then sent off, which is the 28th of Feb, they don't seem to have them when I have received confirmation of delivery and once they have found these I have apparently paid the 400 RAND to the wrong people, when what they explained to me in the first place is what they are saying is wrong now. I have been battling them for months and I have already missed one registration deadline in January because they have messed me about. My Student Number is 53382072 and I have only just got anywhere with this registration, and am still anxiously waiting for the registration to go through so that I can start learning my course.
