LOAN APPLICATION DECLINED

I desparately needed an urgent loan to pay off my mom's hospital bills, but was turned down in all the places that I knocked on. Finally I looked into the EC FINANCE website, and what do you know, my prayers were answered. I applied yesterday 21/01 today 22/01 received an sms that my application was declined. I phoned them and spk to Sonia who was less interested in what I was calling for saying I must email my JANUARY payslip (IN THE MIDDLE OF JAN, WHILE I GET PAID END OF JAN!!!), she said then my application will be processed as it was the reason for the decline. I emailed the Nov, Dec payslip as well as bank statement. I called them again and spoke to Marionette who said"sorry we cant help you because of your affodrability". Really, that is not what is on your website, you are promising loans even when nobody can give!! Why all the false and misleading info, to say I am dissapointed is an understatement. My mom is sick with unpaid hospital bills and she cant get any medication and this was my final hope but all that is gone, am I the only one declined by this financial institution while everybody is happy with the service received. PLEASE HELP!!!
