They dont Credit your Account after it been paid

Hi,

I have paid my boodle account and sent proof of payment 3 times. I paid the outstanding amount 2 months ago and every month I get a text message about my account outstanding I have sent the proof of payment through several times and each time I get ignored - however today I got a notification saying my mails have been deleted without being read!! This has gotten really frustrating as this is the same story every month with a payment that was made 2 months ago!
