I am trying to buy this camera. I called the call centre yesterday and the agent could not help me so he transferred me to a "senior consultant" who said that my cookies are not enabled on my pc, i have enabled them and i have listed both webisites as trusted websites and still it doesn't work.

Basically i have 7719 points, the item i am buying is 779 points which means i need to pay R26 which i am fine with but the screen for payment is not working!

I suggested i manually do a EFT for the difference and the "senior" person i spoke to said that's not possible, but obviously had no idea why.

Below is what you suggested I do and I have tried all of these things but it does not allow me to pay the R26.

Please try the following suggestions:

1. The browser used could be blocking Cookies. VCS should be listed as a trusted site.

2. We recommend the use of Internet Explorer version 7 or higher when placing orders on the Online Mall.

3. Ensure that you are making payment with a qualifying Standard Bank Debit, Credit or Cheque card.

4.The session timed out due to a specified time set, for security reasons, in which to enter details required to complete the redemp
