I have been trying for 6 months to get UCount to acknowledge i have a home loan with them on the UCount rewards programme. I have made over 6 incredibly long phone calls. Have given them numerous opportunities to correct this and yet after 6 months still nothing has been done. I am now at the point of moving my home loan, VAF and all accounts somewhere else out of utter frustration. It is such a small and petty thing but if this is the level of service and capabilities of their systems one can only wonder how far these inefficiencies reach throughout the rest of the organisation.
