Waiting for 4 weeks for smart device delivery

I ordered a smart device of the 12/12/2014, with the expectation that it would be delivered before christmas. Now even after 4 weeks, no delivery have happenened. Why advertise that you will deliver before christmas if you cannot delivery even after a month.

Really FNB, did not expect this from one of south africa leading bank. At least have the decency to keep the customers up to date with the progres of the order.
