Still no help!!!

Still after my query on helopeter they still passed the buck! I've spoken to a few people that the same happened to them and they all got their money back because of hacking this season. All of them was not with standard bank. BRAVO ABSA, FNB! STANDARD BANK YOU!!! how can you promise a payback and come with excuses and say we are! You lack customer service!! You were of NO help. Do you know there are people who struggle and you stuck the insurance in your bag! Making a buck is more important than your customers'. Tell me why can't you look at camera views and see for yourself??? if someone uses your card at a store why not check the signiture and fine the store for negligance? NO you just make excuses to not do your job or are maby to lazy to do anything. You earn money by sitting on your behinds!!! DISGUSTING! LAZY! MONEY MAKERS with NO HEART!
