Waiting for 3 weeks for smart device delivery

I ordered a smart device of the 05/01/2014, with the expectation that it would be delivered in up to 10 working days. Its now fast aproaching the 3 week mark.
Besides the long delivery wait we have still no solid communication or Eta as yet.
We have had to chase this up with you every step of the way with daily phonecalls.
Really FNB, did not expect this from one of south africa leading bank. At least have the decency to keep the customers up to date with the progres of the order.
