Hi

I went to Kroonstad branch of Saturday to close my credit card. I was sent to a consultant who phoned your office to confirm settlement amount as I'm no longer interested on it.

She phoned and spoke with other lady who said I must pay R2 460.95 and contact your credit card division to close it.

I just made a call and spoke with a guy who told me I must pay R50.00 as they did not include the bank deposit fee.

I think this is way too abnormal to pay R50.00 to make cash deposit to your credit card and again, I should have been told the same Saturday when I deposited that I will be paying certain amount for deposit.

I believe your service is so poor and just because Im black you guys undermine our thinking capacity.

I spend the same R50.00 speaking with your consultant and after 17 minutes, the phone cut off and he did not bother to call me as he still has my number.

I will appreciate if you close the account as it is not my fault to have wrong information. The very same consultant who gave me information that I must pay R2 460.95 is the one who is responsible for that payment.

I'm angry and disappointed with your staff
