Extremely poor service for business clients

I have a business account at FNB with an online profile. The business has acquired two properties at the end of October 2013. Since the end of November I have been trying to have the two home loan accounts linked to the online profile.

During that time I have been to the Randburg branch (where the cheque account was opened) numerous times, with each visit lasting between 1 - 2 hours. I have contacted FNB home loans who just refer me to FNB Online, who in turn refer me to FNB commercial, who refer me to the branch... and so the circle goes. The branch has even handed the request over to the branch manager, who never followed up afterwards, and neither have the tellers that have assisted me.

I have last week been given the email address [Email Removed] and have been asked to contact them. It has been over 3 days now and I have still not received any feedback.
