Wow, with regard to the feedback / update on my previous complaint, it is clear that you just ignored what I complained about... Did you not understand my complaint? How can I make it any clearer? YOU ARE PUTTING YOUR CLIENT IN A VERY UNCOMFORTABLE POSITION BECAUSE OF NEGLIGENCE OR INCOMPETENCE ON YOUR SIDE. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!
