MY IRRITATION IS NOW TO SUCH AN EXTENT DUE TO THE FACT THAT WHEN I CALL IN, I HAVE TO EXPLAIN EVERYTHING OVER AGAIN TO A DIFFERENT PERSON, THE SCARY PART OF THIS PROMISE, AS IN BRACKETS, SANDRA LABUSCHAGNE'S REPLY TO ME VIA E-MAIL (Please note that the case has been sent to actuarial for calculations. Once received back from them we will transfer the funds into the same account that the monthly annuity has been paid into. I will check tomorrow and give you feedback
