I have been struggling to get my car sorted since Monday. When I was sold the extended warranty it was piece of mind and not pain in my. My car breaks down on Christmas. Book it in at McCarthy VW Parow. Its assessed and the its found that the engine needs to be replaced and VWSA offers to replace the engine and all my warranty needs to do is cover labor. I cannot believe that I had to spend half my day fighting to get this approved when it should have been a straight forward. If this is how its going to be for a first claim where everything is legitimate then I don't want to have anything to do with your establishment.
