Regarding claim no: 2477918

We had hail damage 12 Nov. We have lodged a claim for our roof. We are not happy with the contractor report and we need to speak to someone. We have made about 10 calls and we get refered to the messaging section and no one calls us. We have managed to find out that Elsa Jacobs is the supervisor, We have send emails and left messages. There is just no way that we can get hold of anybody. On the other hand no one follows up.

We really need assistance and we don't know what to do anymore, everytime it rains I have a dam in my house!
