STANDARD BANK IS THE WORST BANK EVER!!!

I have been a standard bank customer. Here's my story:

I took a loan Spetember 2012 of R8000, and I had to pay back almost R2000 a month. anyway, the next morning after taking the loan, I called in and said I dont want it, as my partner said the interest is too high. (interest worked out 60% and that for a standard bank client.. AND IT IS ILLEGAL)

In Dec, I walked into a standard bank branch in Kathu, asking for a copy of my contract, and "content not available" so in Dec /January, I called Kby branch, where I initially took out the loan. I asked for a copy of my contract again, and they couldn find it either. I then called and asked to speak to the branch manager, and a Michael Wolf was supposed to call me back. never did.

February I got retrenched and handed in my Retrenchment letter, Everything was accepted and guess what:

NOW i am being stalked with standard bank call centre saying i owe R2000-and something, and i need to go into a branch again!!! I DONT HAVE my retrenchment letter anymore, and I guess you lost it also? I need to drive 100km to my closest bank, and i will gladly do so on your costs!!! SORT THIS OUT!! i dont owe you anything and THAT CONTRACT IS ILLEGAL
