I am trying to increase my EFT limit via the telephone, they keep you on the line for more than 30 min, and transfer you from agent to agent, only to tell you that they cannot do this. How ironic they actually did the same service for me 3 weeks ago with no issue and suddenly the policy has changed!! I'm definitely not banking with them in the future .. I cant believe you cant even transfer your own money.. its not even there money
